Included with all services:
- Initial Consultation: full assessment to collect information on your food tastes (e.g. garlic, chilli tolerance, whether to cook with alcohol, salt etc) any dietary requirements (e.g. soya instead of dairy), supermarket preference and so on.
- Cooking of the meals requested: all food is prepared and cooked on the day, especially for you, cooked to your specifications as laid out in the consultation.
- Packaging for your meals: all meals are packaged in oven safe containers; you have the choice of portion size ranging from individual to family.
- Clean-Up: Your kitchen is thoroughly cleaned and tidied, including all work surfaces, floors swept etc – your kitchen will be left as found with only a freezer full of food and delicious aromas as the evidence we were in your kitchen.
- Heating & Defrosting Guidelines: You are provided with defrosting and heating suggestions for each meal.

| Shopping Service: The ingredients for your meals is bought from your chosen supermarket; you can specify whether to buy organic, best on offer, what brand etc |

NB: Please note freezer fill prices are excluding ingredients. You can either buy your own ingredients (a shopping list is provided by Cooks at Home) or request Cooks at Home to do the shopping for you; see service description above.
TIP: You can share a freezer fill with a friend or family member; all cooking will be carried out in one kitchen and you can specify how the meals are portioned so that it will be easy for you to split the meals!!
Travel costs will be charged extra for distances of 10 miles or more at 40p / mile. Currently we are based in Stockport Cheshire. |
