Chopped spinach is whipped up in the blender with eggs, bread crumbs, and half-and-half. This is spread in the bottom of a pie pan, and covered with a delicious puree of sweet potatoes and pumpkin spiced up with curry powder, cumin, cinnamon and nutmeg.
